All sales and service agreements are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions (if applicable)
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice due to a technical error, a
refund
may be processed after verification.
Non-delivery of Service: If Ahir Infotech LLP is unable to initiate or deliver the
service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a refund or service credit may be considered.
In these situations, the refund process may require 15-20 days.
3. Cancellations
Once a project, service, or subscription has been purchased and initiated, it cannot be canceled for a
refund.
Any disputes regarding service quality must be addressed through customer support at info@ahirinfotech.com.
